In Okie Fiesa Don White celebrates his Tulsa Sound roots.
He wraps his smooth vocals and harmonica sounds around his pal JJ Cale's Riverboat Song.
In "No Place Like the Cains" White pays tribute to "the home of Bob Wills" - Tulsa's famous Cains Ballroom. When Cains was inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame White was on the stage singing his self-penned tribute.
Magnolia teams Don with his son Steve. Genius times two. White reaches back to his country music roots with Blind Love and treats us to a bit of his signature county blues blend in Right Out of the Blues.
Need I say more? Okie Fiesa offers something for everyone - especially Tulsa Sound fans.
